Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the loss of your deposit. Same day cancellations or missed appointments will be charged the full value of the treatment.

A deposit is taken at the time of booking to secure your therapist and room. It is deducted from the price of your treatment and is fully transferable when you give at least 48 hours' notice.

Your session begins at the scheduled time. If you arrive late we will do our best to treat you, but the session may be shortened so the following client is not delayed, and the full price still applies.

Sessions within a package or programme follow the same 48-hour rule; a late cancellation will use up one session from your course.
